Happy international Chefs Day!

It’s been a while since I posted on my foodie page. I miss my commercial kitchen to practice recipes. So the home kitchen will have to do! Making my own version of the snack Cadbury chocolate. . I’m impressed with my first go having no recipe. I used a dark chocolate outside layer and once I filled it with the flavours (no piping bag 😫) topped it with milk chocolate. No images of the finished product as they were all eaten 🤩

Adrian and I would like to thank everyone that has supported us over the last 6.5 years at the Darwin Ski Club. We have had the pleasure of working with great team members and wish them well also as they find their new paths.

We made the decision to focus on whats important and this year as taught us all that family and friendships are the most valuable for good health.
We cant wait to spend much needed time together with our most precious person in the world, our son Jack. We are very excited for the next chapter and whats in store.

We wish the new Caterers all the best and look forward to enjoying the best venue in Darwin as guests.

What a view! Just like Chief Minister Michael Gunner said this morning on Hot100 Darwin “when this is over we can enjoy a drink down at the Darwin Ski Club” just as it was it will be again! Thanks CM for supporting the Territory. Come on Darwin - takeaway sales of food and drink are on right now!
