Ancient traditional medicine systems like Ayurveda were well aware of the significance of sound. Now, science is looking deeper into the details. Everything has a vibrational signature, a sound that resonates (PMID: 25548177). Similarly, life responds to silence, white noise, and different types of sounds.

A recent publication reviewed studies in which certain types of sounds were shown to change the activity and type of microorganisms (PMID: 38792734). When you go further into that review of studies, there is an interesting group at MIT investigating “Biome Beats,” or the acoustics of microorganisms from different parts of the human body, from the brain to mouth (reference: Computer Music Journal (2020) 44 (1): 51–70.)
