Another day another Brake in. Its very sad for us to see brake ins in Devonport and surrounding areas.

Crime is increasing day by day in our town 😑

We believe its a same car involved today which was involved in 2 brake-ins yesterday (white Corolla with black boot). Police is also aware about it and working on it.

They went to IGA EAST DEVONPORT after us and did the brake in there too 😔

Tasmania Police is still investigating on it. Its been more than 24 hours since the first brake-in happened in Devonport on Friday morning.

Sorry for any inconvenience, we are trying to restore everything and will start our day and trade as normal trading hours.

Devonport is getting worst interms of shoplifting day by day and Tasmania Police is trying to help us but we are not getting any fruit-full result. We have reported too many incidents with the Tasmanian Police including assaulting our staff but unfortunately no result yet.

We have provided names on some cases, Rego number of the car but its sad we are facing same issues again and again.

These kids are using a Car with Rego number DP5333 the old Golden Mazda and its been reported to police.

We got enough photos and videos to proof their identity.

We just want to inform people to take extra care when they come in to your shop because they are biggest shoplifters and they always try to take your expensive items on shelves.

Also a good message for their parents it they are reading this post.

‼️ Beware
🔔 Alert for Devonport businesses.

There are $100 fake notes circulating in the market from last few days.

Someone came last Wednesday and bought some smokes from us and we thought he might doesn’t know and given us by mistake.

But he came again next day with same $100 fake note and wanted to buy Smokes again. We are glad when one of our friendly staff realized & asked him politely to give Smokes back.

Mate if you are reading this post it will be really appreciate if you can please come forward and exchange your fake note with real one as we don’t want to report this to Authorities.
