We would like to apologise as it’s Christmas Holidays we have a shortage of Doctors so unfortunately no appointments are left for today.

Masks are still required in all healthcare settings where care is delivered to patients face to face .
This includes GP clinics and hospitals.
People aged 12 years and over are required to wear a mask in the following places.
-Public and Private hospitals
-Residential aged care facilities
-Ambulance and patient transport services
-Primary health clinics including GP clinics , Aboriginal health services, private nurse offices and maternal, child and dental health services
Mask are not mandated for healthcare setting that do not have face to face interaction with patients (including Telehealth services, pathology laboratories and corporate area within health facilities.)
While not required, WA health strongly encourages mask wearing in indoor places, particularly if they are crowed .

Any DNA , late appointments, missed appointments regardless of whether it is your first or not , will be charged a $40.00 missed appointment fee if not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment with Dr Lim .
