It is such a large part of our role as Healers to assist others in processing through their pain and trauma, and it very often is a fact finding mission - a gentle, caring and carefully guided exploration through the psyche of their trauma💝

Some days your brain feels just like this image... a vortex of electricity and sparks, swirling around a central theme that feels like a black hole of no answers and no matter how hard you try to sift through the outer ring of calamity, you keep coming back to one thing...

For today, just do what you can 💝

For today, Just Be 🙏

I was witness to a great deal of hate and anger over the weekend, all conveyed through the "power and safety" of the internet and vicious fingers on lethal keyboards... 😔

Through it all, all I could think of was how much Healing is needed on the planet right now...

My life changed completely when I started realising that my experiences were just that - Experiences!! Not "lessons" or "messages" - well, not ALL the time anyway! 😉😂

Sometimes we get so caught up on trying to work out what something is "teaching us" that we forget to look at the experience in and of itself!!

So much Joy and so much sadness overlooked and bypassed in an effort to find the "why"

By all means, eventually you can most certainly look deeper into your experiences for what they brought to your life!! But sometimes, just sometimes, we just need to allow ourselves to live through them and appreciate them for what they are 🤗💝🙏

There is SO MUCH to Celebrate about YOU!!!! 🥰
