- Prescribe an individualised exercise program to assist with losing body fat, improving strength, stamina and balance

Disc herniations are a common cause of spinal pain. As a general rule of thumb, decreasing stress on the disc improves pain and promotes healing!
Seeking help from a Physiotherapist is important to engage in therapeutic exercises specifically designed for your disc injury. This will assist with reducing inflammation around the affected spinal nerve and speed up the disc healing process!
If you need assistance with spinal disc injuries, book online or call us on 65545225 π±
