We were happy to visit our favourite event - the Inverleigh Dachshund Derby last weekend. These are some of our favourite photos from the day. Stay tuned during the week - the organisers will post many more :)

The premium events at the Inverleigh Dachshund Derby are the dachshund races. I am always amazed at how fast they are and how much fun they have (and how loud some of them can be). 😁 Feel free to tag yourself and share.

Lindsay and I would like to extend our congratulations and appreciation to the committee of the Inverleigh Dachshund Derby for their outstanding efforts in organizing and hosting an extremely successful 10th anniversary event last weekend.

We know that it takes an incredible amount of hard work, dedication, and passion to make the Inverleigh Dachshund Derby happen and the committee truly outdid themselves this year. Their tireless efforts behind the scenes ensured that the event ran smoothly, and that all participants and attendees had a fantastic experience. From coordinating vendors and sponsors to managing the race schedule and ensuring the safety of the dogs, the committee went above and beyond to make this event a success. We would also like to acknowledge and thank all of the volunteers who generously gave their time and energy to help out with the event. Their dedication and hard work are an inspiration to us all.

Finally, we want to express our gratitude to all of the participants and attendees who came out to support the Inverleigh Dachshund Derby. Your enthusiasm and passion for this event are what make it so special, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Some of the smiley furry faces who visited the Geelong Pet Expo last weekend. Susie and the team hosted a fantastic day with informative pet-related speakers, workshops from trainers, demonstrations from pet rescue and animal welfare organisations and an array of stalls showcasing pet products and services. This is David Vann from Checkmate Pet Minders - Geelong. He and Jen have been our sitters for many years now and we cannot recommend them enough. This little guy is Reece - one of Dave and Jen's three dogs. He sat for a portrait 'cos he was asked to but he would rather have been off having fun somewhere else :)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
