Cholar Dal (Cholar dal is a traditional Bengali dish prepared from chana dal (Bengal gram lentil)coconut, and other spices. It is sweet and savory and is best paired with luchi or steamed rice.
Aloo Posto (aloo posto is a traditional Bengali recipe of potatoes in a lightly spiced poppy seeds paste. )

These are some of my favourite dishes to cook, I’m sure you will love them! I will post photos once the dishes are cooked.

I have received so many enquiries this week, it’s exciting to know word is getting around. I have the day off tomorrow so I will be doing my cooking a day early, orders welcome and preferred by lunchtime Friday so that I can cool to order.
