Introducing our newest addition on the menu: the Filipino-inspired Grilled Flounder! Fresh from the waters of New Zealand, this 900g-1kg flounder is expertly stuffed with spring onion and lemon, then grilled to perfection. Inspired by the flavours of Palawanβs Fishmanβs dish, served alongside a traditional Filipino-style sawsawan, featuring a tantalising blend of soy sauce, brown sugar, chili, red onion, ground pepper, and lemon.

Tongue tip : which has with the highest muscle content of the tongue, leads to crunchy texture
Mid Tongue: is the part bridging the tip and back, for an explosion of flavours that will leave your taste buds in awe.
Back end : Savour the highest marbling at the back end, experiencing the epitome of tenderness and softness with a creamy, nutty flavour that will transport you to gastronomic bliss.
And we've also glazed it with our unique "Thousand Times Tare Soy Sauce" while it is sizzling o er rhr charcoal - a symphony of umami that dances on the palate

We've got some important news for you this October. To support our sister restaurant, Drunken Dumpling's fantastic pop-up at Austin Winery, Sumi Geelong will be closed for Sunday lunch throughout the month. But don't worry, we've got a mouthwatering solution for your Sunday cravings!
π Join us at Austin Winery on Sundays to savor your favorite lobster rolls and skewers grilled to perfection over charcoal! π
