Annnnnd we are back!!! 👏👏After a long hiatus from social media we are back with exciting news! Workshops are back(link in bio) starting March 27th. And this time I will be covering wheatgrass and jar sprouting as well as teaching you how to keep a constant supply of living microgreens at your fingertips, right on your kitchen bench. No special tools or green thumbs needed. Just bring along your passion for eating healthy living foods and a desire to get growing🌱. This is a hands-on workshop with limited numbers and tix are going fast, so book in quick to be sure to get a spot. Light lunch and refreshments provided.

Christmas 🎄 Edibles! If you’d like a mix like this just get your order in by December 23rd this week for local delivery or pickup. Just order Custom Colours on our website and write “Christmas” in the text box❤️.

How to make willow water: 1. Gather willow branches from any type of willow tree (often found along waterways and even verge plantings😬) 2. Use the branches as a makeshift cat 🐈 toy 3. Make sure your cat doesn’t jump on TOP of your seedlings😬oops! 4. Remove leaves and cut branches into small sections and place in a bucket. 5. Add water 6. Soak overnight. Willow water is a natural root growth stimulant. Water in your seedlings with it and the cut sections can be stuck into the soil beside your seedlings to give them a slow release growth stimulant, reduce transplant shock and promote root growth. Healthy roots, healthy plant! Just remember to remove the willow cutting once your seedlings are established, or you will very soon have a willow tree!!!
