Shawparth Food & Packaging Services updated their business hours.

Very happy to announce that Shawparth Food & Packaging has acquired our major competitor Lida Trading Co.

This is an extra special moment in our journey as we have looked up to and admired Lida Trading Co and as such our mutual respect allowed us to receive the opportunity to acquire their fantastic family business.

We share much of the same ethos as Lida and hopefully this assists with a smooth transition.

Shawparth Food and Packaging will retain Rob Rosso MD for the integration period before Rob goes off to a well-deserved retirement, in addition to all staff coming across to our new Stapylton head office and distribution centre.

All our team look forward to getting to meet our new team members, suppliers and customers.

This acquisition means Shawparth is now the 2nd largest pizza box distributor in Australia, however the only pizza box supplier of 100% Australian Made 🇦🇺 pizza boxes.
