Gotta love our new special gourmet class, Steak and Kidney pie.
Using a combined French/English style (is there such a thing? Well there certainly is here) we've used a mirepoix to blend with mushrooms, bacon, kidneys, and the essential component of good ol' Worcestershire Sauce!
For all you people who've been hassling us for a steak and Kidney pie, well this is one for the true believers.

Merry Christmas and thank you to our awesome customers for your support over the last 12 months.
Whenever a Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday, we open the shop as everyone wants a fresh Pavlova Log, a French baguette, or Croissants to freeze for the festive break.
This year wont be any different and we'll be open till 1pm on Sunday for those who need that. Please spread the word to your friends and family, but it is best to order as its hard to predict what we'll sell.
We will have a limited range of pastries as most people don't need the usual products.
After that we will be giving the team a well deserved 2 week rest and be back with all guns blazing on Tuesday January 9.

Good wages will be negotiated to the right applicant. Good bakery with good equipment.
Must be qualified or with similar experience.

Open Good Friday???
Hey all. Easter Thursday is brewing up to be a cracker! We usually take the 4 day break but due to customer demand and against our normal tradition, we will be opening Good Friday this year from 5am-1.30pm for coffee, hot x buns and pies ( plus a smaller that usual range of pastries).
For any catering or function foods, we suggest that’s ordered today (Wednesday) as Good Friday we may not have the usual selection.
PS, The salmon pies are worth trying. 😍😉🥰❤️‍🔥🥐🥧🥖☕️
