I love keto because I can have a bit of delicious keto cake like this one on the left on occasion and still gain the amazing benefits of following a keto lifestyle. But there were times when I wasn't motivated, it wasn't right for me, or I wasn't ready.
But if you are feeling crappy, addicted to sugar, digestive issues, bad skin, high blood pressure, lethargic, and a lot of other issues keto might be just what you need to start feeling better. And it's never too late to start.

Wether you are just starting keto, have been doing it a long time, or just like watching us make food, we are happy you are!
Here are some our best tips to start the year off right!
1. Sometimes people make keto really complicated! Keep it simple. If you are just starting out focus on eating meat and veggies. We will get into swaps and fats later but if you start cutting out your sugar and processed carbs which raise your sugars you will already be making a big change!
2. Plenty of us are not getting enough water! Water is amazing and does things like lubricate our joints, protects our spinal cord, helps dissolve nutrients and minerals so we can absorb them, and on!
3. Whether it's a support group, your neighbour, your partner, a page finding people to accomplish your goals with help you to go farther!
4. When you start Keto you might find that there will people who will say that's not keto or you are doing it wrong. And while it's great to get help remember you are your best and biggest advocate! Our bodies are also all different! What may work for someone else may or may not work for you. And it's okay if it takes trial and error.
5. The scale is not always going to be your most accurate guide! Keto can help you lose weight but it also helps with brain fog, energy levels, cell repair, insulin resistance. Make sure to pay attention to how you are feeling, how your clothes are fitting, and not just the scale.

This delicious beef curry is up on our website now! It will be replacing our chicken green curry on our menu.
A few of our meals have a higher water content and haven't been warming up straight from frozen as well as we'd like so we are making way for a few new delicious meals!
Pro tip: You can always pop your frozen meal in the fridge over night and heat it up from chilled. That's our favourite way to heat them especially if they have cauli rice.
Don't forgot we have opened up new regional areas and you can get these meals delivered right to your door Australia wide!

Our ordering process and our most frequent asked questions!!
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: Our order cut offs are on Sunday nights. We process them on Monday's.
Q: How often do you deliver?
A: We deliver in QLD every Friday and Interstate 1-2 times a month depending on your state.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We now are truly delivering Australia wide! We have been working behind the scenes on testing methods to deliver to even our most rural customers and now can finally offer to deliver to everyone! π
Q: Why can't I order today and my order be ready by tomorrow if I am local?
A: Whether you are local or interstate we make everything by hand and we do not have 100's of employees like amazon lol. Between processing orders, supply runs, hand making all the orders, boxing them, the courier picking them up, taking them back to their warehouse, sorting them into delivery areas, and finally delivering them to your house, it just takes time. If you are interstate we also have to transport it to your state. You can check out our website for more info on our local and interstate schedule and you can time it so you do have the shortest wait. You can also order on a subscription and it will come regularly so you never have to wait on more delicious keto food.
I think 3 is the most misunderstood. It can even take up to 24 weeks for some people!

Prebiotic vs Probiotic
What's the difference
Probiotic is live bacteria in your digestive system. It supports our digestive and immune system.
Prebiotic comes from plant based fibers. Its an important healthy gut bacteria that helps our digestion and metabolism. It usually comes from bananas and oats which on keto we actually don't eat. So getting a prebiotic in is really important!

Lots of cake orders and questions lately! So here is the go with ordering cakes!
πWe generally need a week notice for cake orders and two weeks for custom cakes.
π°Our more simple (but still delicious and decorated cakes) can be ordered for delivery (including interstate) but our more intricate ones (lots of toppings) must be picked up from our Ormeau Kitchen as they are a bit too delicate to be delivered via our courier.
πWe have lots of different flavours and sizes which can be found on the website. All our cakes are gluten and sugar free
π°I know it seems crazy to be thinking about Christmas already but it's our busiest time for cakes so think ahead! It will be here before we know it and we completely sold out of cakes last year.
