We're excited to welcome a new Airbus A350-900 that will soon join the Thai Airways fleet. Dubbed "𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐨𝐧" with the registration HS-THU.

"Sakon Nakhon" is currently awaiting at Teruel Airport in Spain after being leased from its previous owner. It has been repainted in the iconic Star Alliance livery, featuring our Thai Airways logo, making it the second aircraft in our fleet to don this special design.

Our Test Pilot team will conduct final test flights later before "Sakon Nakhon" makes its way to Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport. As part of the Star Alliance agreement, a certain proportion of our aircraft must feature this unique livery. We look forward to having more of these special star-themed jets in our growing fleet.
