Today is the last day for the ever wonderful designedmade makers market. A few of the pieces from and I.
A little snapshot of some of the pieces I’ll have at the designedmade makers market starting this evening at 5pm (until 8pm).
…the 2023 calendar is here. This years theme is ‘seeds, leaves and twigs’ and is inspired from these objects that I’ve found on my travels and keep as mementos in my home.
The calendar comes as a refill if you already have a large or small stand or you can purchase one with a beautiful Tasmanian Oak stand made by
The calendar is in very limited supply this year and only one size due to time constraints - only 30 or so. Get in quick as there is only a few on the website with the rest at the designedmade makers market next weekend (2-4 December).
#2023
We will be there with some new paper treats and artworks along with some old favourites. Drop by and say hello and meet the designers and artists who make all the pieces featured at the market.
Remembering the sheoaks in the East Coast. Layered linocut print on 8gsm paper.
Work in progress for a new artist book. A silent exploratory journey through print, scaling back colour and pattern, and using repetition.
Garden vignettes, contained keepsakes
Two new card experiments in embossing. Two poppies and lemon verbena.

A beautiful gift made for a significant birthday.
I was honoured to be asked to make a gift of 40 nature print cards with stitched envelopes contained in a handmade box for two people who have generously supported my printmaking.
Each card is individual and printed in my home studio from plants foraged out and about. On the back, a special attribution that each one has been designed and made especially for her.
It’s the gift that gives twice as anyone who receives one of the cards will be lucky indeed. A beautiful and giving memento for a birthday milestone.
Grateful and lucky also to have some wonderful clients.
Little she-oak print gift tags. Every one is different and a little vignette of them en masse. Printed on lovely soft white and charcoal cotton rag paper.
In the trees, chipping away and deconstructing.
I got to enjoy my new print in the home for a little while at least.
Guiding My Way, linocut print
Patchwork of small prints
Capturing wintery days
Printing day…lots and lots of linoprint gift tags and a few small prints. So happy with how these have turned out.
That look 🥰
A work in progress from a walk to Killiekrankie Bay.
Embossed tags for all occasions.
Featuring a selection of designs embossed at home in the Huon Valley.
At work carving. Not happening so much now but iteration two of this linocut underway. I have a deadline to meet.
I’m having a little studio sale to clear some space before I head back to full time work.
Images of the works are on Instagram stories or on the website. A few more will be added tomorrow.
All are lino prints (except for Winters Day) and all are carved and printed by me onto beautiful Japanese paper or cotton rag paper. All prints are archival. Some are samples and test prints that I’ve done along the way.
