It's Men's Health Week and important time to shine a light on all things related to men's emotional and physical health.💛

Over 65% of men over 70 will be diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. This is a surprising percentage for many people who think Osteoporosis only affects women. It's not the case!

Bone density issues can lead to an increase risk of fracture and breaks. This can have a major impact on people's quality of life. So this is a great time encourage the men in our lives to be proactive with managing their bone health. 💪
