A quick update on the Collins St PopUp...

As our catering orders have gone NUTS!! (thanks everyone), we've decided to mothball the PopUp for at least the next few weeks.

Sorry to disappoint, and we'll sure miss the Collins St smiley humans, but we need to totally focus on our core business for a little bit.

No hot dishes today at the PopUp - sorry, catering a bit overwhelming (which we love!)

But HEAPS of sandwiches, baguettes, snacks and drinks

And a new slice in the cabinet. Fwahhh. A throwback to our younger years. Coconut Ice (GF) with a thin chocolate base. Love it. Three bucks for a whole lotta nostalgia :)

It lives!!

Lol. This has been a project a LONG time in the making, and as you can see it's still not completed/filled, but...

We're pleased to launch our Bulk Catering Goodies freezer. Filling up with slice slabs, bags of bliss balls, Slice Sampler Packs, Offcuts. For home or the office.

And soon to be added - Heat@Home meals!

And the cool thing? The entire contents of the freezer are Gluten Free. Not that the Biggest-Gluten-Consumers would even notice, it's all so tasty.

Ready to live in your freezer, to snap a piece off when required! Super handy for the kids' lunchboxes, or when friends pop over unexpectedly (does that happen anymore?). Staff functions, party snacks, a gift for a GF pal....

And our little secret... we think they may actually taste better frozen. Or 30 mins at room temp to thaw.

We have 9 slabs available today. Caramel ($56), Brownie ($44), Cherry ($48) and Peppermint Hedgehog ($48).
