Have you ever wondered what’s so special about activated nuts? 🌰 🥜
Activating nuts unlocks nutrients and makes them easier to digest, whilst also maintaining their raw properties and making them deliciously crunchy. In order to activate they are soaked in water, probiotic vinegar and a little Australian rock salt, then slowly dried below 70 degrees celsius in a solar-powered dehydrator.
