Small business located in the Southern Midlands of Tasmania. Our hives are located in different locations at different times depending on what is flowering. We will provide different types of honey ranging from Prickly Box, Blue Gum, Leatherwood and Bush Honey. Currently available are 500g jars and 1 kilo buckets.

Late start to the season hasn't dampened the honey flow that we have been collecting.
600 kilo so far with 1 more site to collect from before transporting all hives to our Leatherwood site.

Our first lot of honey for the 2023 season.

This honey is our Wildflower, the bees foraged on all kinds of native flowers to produce this sweet but subtle flavour.

It is available for purchase in the Gate Shed in 500g jars.
