The Women's Health Education Network is where medical expertise meets Pilates passion. Our not-for-profit initiative is spearheaded by a unique team of health professionals, medical experts, and Pilates instructors, all collaborating to deepen the impact of Pilates on women's health during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

We're on a mission to create workshops that truly resonate with the needs of today’s Pilates instructors and their clients during these transformative life stages. But to make this as impactful as possible, we need your voice.
