Governance in Clubs (6th May – 15th May)
This Governance workshop is more advanced in nature and deals with how the committee demonstrates leadership both within itself and for the broader club community (and indeed the wider community).
The topics have been developed (as has been noted) as a result of the successful series of workshops of the same nature in 2023 and would include:
The Committee and Leadership (including a recap of the roles of committee members)
Building a strong committee
Setting goals and objectives and strategic planning for the club
Effective communication and managing conflict.

Learning Life Through Sport (20th May – 21st May)
Learning Life through Sport is a program designed to challenge social norms and inspire people and their communities to bring a new standard of behaviour and respect to sport and life. Learning Life through Sport identifies positive ways to alter the inherited and often unacceptable behaviour of coaches, players, parents and supporters in junior sports.

Committee Leadership in Clubs Workshops (19th August – 21st August)
These sessions are designed to strengthen committees, with talking points including knowing your roles within a committee, dealing with conflicts, planning, financials, setting goals and objectives and building a strong committee.
