I grew these amazing sweet potatoes over the wet season. I still have more to dig up. Sweet potatoes are a great food for cleansing your body. You can steam them and mix them with white potatoes and eat them with a beautiful cleansing salad.
If you look closely at this meal you’ll see how cleansing it is. The potatoes are actually the cleansing part, and are gentle and great. Plus raw is also cleansing. Go well with your health.
My go to lunch is a fat free salad with steamed potatoes, and some taro, with a lime, maple syrup and crushed mustard seeds dressing. /dinners

Message to all gardeners and growers of food. Here is the best rock dust I could find. It’s one of those additives that is full of volcanic minerals. Soil is just like us. It needs trace minerals to look after it’s ability to thrive. Not many people know this: it’s great for plants, soil, and compost. This transfers to healthy produce to your table. -plants -minerals -food -food -food #
New option. Add a little taro to a steamed Potato meal with a lovely salad. Taro is not MM probably because it’s exotic. I fell in love with it whilst in Samoa. It’s best steamed or even baked. I only have it occasionally nowadays.
My new Medical Medium books just arrived and I’m over the moon as I know that these are his most advanced books with knowledge not known anywhere else. You can get them via Amazon Australia, or you can ask a library to get them in stock and borrow them. Apparently Big W will also stock them. I think they’re on sale at Amazon. In todays world there has never been such a level of brain related symptoms and diseases. These are books that will help most people. -Saver -healing recipes
Many things to say about these beans. I planted them straight into manure that was very well cured. Underneath was a great soil mix. They have out performed all the other beans I planted, not into manure. I buy my manure, soil and some compost from a guy who lives and breathes making the best everything. Without great soil our gardens will be mostly inferior and likely diseased. Soil, compost, manure, additional fertiliser, right ph, and love all play a huge role in growing healthy organic food.
I’ve never looked at garlic and seen two spirit figures in the middle with radiating benefits to our health. I use garlic daily. The Medical Medium book called ‘Life Changing Foods’ says: Garlic is great for removing Streptococcus related conditions such UTI’s,flu, helps with bladder and kidney infections, chronic bronchitis, and many other issues including some cancers and adrenal fatigue.
Part of tonight’s dinner. Have to eat what comes off the plants. Love these onions 🧅. So fresh and crisp. .
It’s hectic here. Lots of food coming off the plants. Have to process and give away. Food bills are lower as a result. I’ve started a neighbourhood thing around growing food. It’s really great fun to give someone a basket full of fresh food.
Have you ever eaten Taro? I adore it and it’s easily digested. I discovered this exotic thing whilst visiting Samoa, a place I love. I always eat raw food in my meals with mostly leafy greens for their elevated microbes. I also love Moong Dhal.
Growing corriandar can be difficult. This is a slow bolting heirloom variety that is just brimming with goodness. Did you know that coriander is one of several ingredients in the famous Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox smoothie. I have one every morning for breakfast. They are yum, anti ageing, remove toxins and Heavy metals and keeps neurological conditions away. I’ve planted these all in succession so I always have them on hand. -aging
Growing tomatoes is like raising little children. For about 2 months I’ve been getting a few kilos every 3rd day. It’s full on getting them all off and pruning, debugging, and then processing them. Today’s on the left have to ripen whilst on the right need to be processed along with the ones I have in the fridge. Any good ideas out there for processing? So far I cook them, put into salads, and make a basic tomato sauce.
Do you love a great potato salad. I always feel satisfied after eating one like this one. It’s a Medical Medium recipe and combines steamed potatoes with skins on with loads of green herbs such as chives, parsley, coriander, dill, red onion, lemon juice, lemon zest and raw honey. I might have added some rocket to give it a savoury flavour.
Here’s my bunch of lettuces or flowers🤔. This is what anyone can grow. Lettuces grow in all climates excluding tropical wet seasons. They even withstand frosts. Amazing. Leafy greens have elevated microbes (natures probiotics) derived from the sun. I remind myself how cleansing they are and how the MedicalMedium taught me to understand the full value of Food as Medicine. wonderful book: Life Changing Foods by the MedicalMedium/Anthony William.
Everything speeds up it’s delivery to the kitchen here in the tropics. I pulled off all these tomatoes this morning and the Lettuces are just amazing. Beans are ok but not an heirloom variety.
Gorilla Gardening Works. This garden is totally abundant and it’s run buy some enthusiastic people. It’s beautiful and functional. Love and joy live here. herbs
Gorilla Gardening at work in our local park. Today we had a herbalist show us her traveling herb kit. She also got us all to plant some of her wonderful healing herbs in this garden. It’s great to create something in nature. Council doesn’t mind and the garden is fabulous. as medicine .
The first thing I did when I arrived in tropics was to get two books on how to grow food in the speed due to short seasons to grow a diversity of food. -based -sufficiency -food
Beans for dinner. I love beans although they’re not a top healer they do contain beneficial vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants.
Amazed at how clean my organic celery stalks are straight out of the garden. The ones I’ve bought in Townsville are bashed around have grub trails in many stalks, and have diseases that need to be cut out. And are expensive. juice
Whoohoo! First celery out of garden. It’s completely clean, oozing freshness, vitality, and no bugs, mold and mistreatment. It has been loved every morning and late arvo with heaps of water. Can’t wait to juice this tomorrow. My home garden dream is growing and thriving. Thanks Anthony William (Medical Medium) for the inspiration and wonders of this healing herb.
Right now I’m taking off the pumpkins. Excellent food for storage in times like these. Pumpkin soup in winter, pumpkin curries, baked Pumpkin, and more. Best to plant pumpkins in early summer as the love heat. healthybody
Simple baked organic vegetables with new season maple syrup Brussel Sprouts. Then these will go into a vegetable based pasta for dinner.
My latest celery crop for making juice as part of my morning cleanse. This crop is great with lady bugs hanging out it in. The main two things to do is water well twice a day and feed 2x a week with fish and kelp mix. Celery juice is the main healing body super food that was brought to us by the Medical Medium.
Todays mini harvest. The beetroots are an heirloom variety and grew really fast. Baby Tom’s are so flavoursome and the spinach seems to regrow overnight. clean food
