After hours of sanding this hefty bookshelf, the beautiful grain of the timber emerged, practically begging to be finished with timber oil to highlight its natural beauty. The inner shelves were painted in a soft, white water-based enamel—a perfect pairing.

I gave an old-school TV unit a fresh makeover. Inspired by forest-themed wallpaper, I used a custom deep forest green for a bold, earthy feel. The top was stained with Feast Watson’s Brown Japan and sealed with hand-burnished timber hard wax floor oil, giving it a smooth, polished finish. This revamped piece has a striking vibe!

This tv unit was the perfect size for a special friend of mine who has limited space and storage needs we found it on marketplace and I set to work…..I sanded the top and did a wood wash followed by a few coats of cabothane.
For the rest of the cabinet I mixed 2 of my favourite greens from Flip Style paints (Evonne & Cathy) to make this calming sage green with a pop of neutral “quokka” on the insides I then lined the draws with some cute wallpaper and adorned her with stunning handles

This one started with a phone call from my sister if I had any drawers for her art room, sent her a pic and it what she was after, with much debate she got her way and I had to paint my arch nemesis white 🤦🏻‍♀️ I pulled it all apart and sanded everything back to bare then it was primed with a shellac undercoat and painted a soft white (DuluxWhitsunday island) whitewashed and varnished the rest. I think it turned out well and she is so delighted that it was “too good for the art room” so guess I am back looking for more drawers for the actual art room lol

Out with the dated red and in with this deep dark moody blue to complement the botanical inspired wallpaper detail. Inside it has a vibrant pop of yellow and the top is stained a deep walnut and finished with a hard wax floor oil for a durable finish. This side table would make a great stand for a record player with storage for those precious vinyls

This old boy was looking worse for wear and really needed a bit of an overhaul. I sanded this piece all the way back to bare timber so I could start totally fresh, the exterior was painted a sophisticated dark blue while the timber was coated with 4 layers of hard wax floor oil the finished with 2 hand burnished coats of Scandinavian oil then buffed to stunning elegant finish. Soon as you open the doors you are treated to an exciting pop of colour with this cheerful mustard yellow and quirky imported wallpaper this piece has definitely transformed into a dapper gent and is ready for another life

The soft green shade Evonne from , paired with a whitewashed top and complemented by gold hardware, creates a serene ambiance perfect for any bedroom seeking a tranquil feel.

These tables took way longer than they should have 🤦🏻‍♀️ but after stopping and starting so many times because you know life, they are finally done Woo hoo. I really like the soft sage green teamed with a whitewash top and a hint of gold in the hardware I also added some news legs to give them some height

A quick little fresh refresh on this Antique Silky Oak Dresser for a special young lady who wanted to keep the the character and aged look with a touch of dark green
