Earworx is a dedicated professional earwax removal service. Some people have more of a problem with wax build-up than others. Why see us?
Using dry and effective micro-suction technology under direct observation, wax is gently and safely removed by a qualified nurse. Excessive or impacted cerumen is present in one in 10 children, one in 20 adults, and more than one-third of the geriatric and developmentally delayed populations. Ear wax removal is a delicate process and special training is required to perform this procedure. Earworx

Our team of Registered Nurses are trained in ear care. We use special equipment to see inside the ear canal to determine if the ear wax removal method is clinically required.
When you come to an Earworx clinic, you can rest assured you’re in safe hands!
Warning! Never insert cotton buds into your ear!
Cotton buds can push ear wax further into the ear canal, causing impaction and even risking damage to the ear drum.
If you think you have impacted ear wax, come into Earworx for a professional cleaning using the safe and gentle microsuction technique.
Have you experienced a blocked, uncomfortable feeling in your ears? Do you get a full sensation, or feel like you can’t hear properly?
You may be suffering from ear wax impaction.
Get your ears professionally checked and cleared by the team at Earworx today.
Did you know?
Our ears not only help us hear – they also play a role in maintaining balance and spatial orientation. Within the inner ear, there are structures called the semicircular canals filled with fluid, which detect motion and changes in position. This information is sent to the brain, allowing us to maintain balance and coordinate movements.

Did you know? In ancient Rome, earwax was considered a valuable commodity! Wealthy Romans would pay to have their ears cleaned, and some even used earwax as a beauty treatment for their skin.
Whilst not essential, softening your ear wax prior to your appointment will help ensure your wax removal procedure is as quick and as gentle as possible.
Additionally, softening your ear wax before you attend increases the chances the wax will all be removed at the first visit. Those with holes in the ear drum or grommets should not use drops prior.
