My Morning Routine is a part of me now. If I miss it, even once, I feel it. Disconnection & incessant thinking begin to creep back in.

I need to align my body & inner life-force energy first thing in the morning so that my mind knows it's not in charge of of life!

If you carve out 1 hour for yourself each morning for you, just you, you will raise your vibrational frequency. This raise in frequency puts your mind back into it's position as a powerful tool so that the life-force energy that is driving your body can come forward and thrive.

🖤Movement. Move in a way that you love l. I love to walk at sunrise and in summertime, ride my bike. How you move doesn't matter...just do what you love & move!

🖤Connect with Nature. Your body is an innate intelligence that thrives in nature. Connecting with nature releases Serotonin, the feel good hormone to set your mood for the rest of the day.

🖤 Train your brain to be OK with not engaging with technology, including your mobile, first thing in the morning. Guess what?...You don't need it!

🖤Take water to bed and drink it first thing in the morning. You will actually feel the water flush through your system 💧

🖤Make a breakfast your body will love. You won't crave sugar if you set the tone with a healthy start to the day.

These 5 steps age so simple, so basic and so necessary.
