Well this is an unusual situation!

A customer requested that their pizza be left at their door because they were isolating. So this is exactly what we did. Our driver left having completed the transaction as requested. I think most people would understand that what happens from there is out of our control. In this instance it appears that a small animal has also decided that Friday night pizza is a FABULOUS idea…

While I absolutely understand the disappointment, threatening bad reviews unless we ‘at least’ replace the pizza is not okay. And we’re not big fans of threats.
