Our 4th favourite dessert to return this winter…
This dessert was a favourite, how could you not like a cute cuddly looking teddy bear? Made with chocolate ice cream in a chocolate brownie crumb, caramelised white chocolate mud cake, streusel crumb & cream.
We have ten of the favourites returning this winter & will Launch a new one each fortnight. (In no particular order)

This dessert is not for the faint hearted - a dessert we had running over our Halloween period & as nasty as it looks, it was very popular! It has returned early as part of our 10 year dessert celebration, one of the favourites brought back this winter - Perhaps it will also return for Halloween this year!
The kitty litter is an espresso mousse with a streusel crumb with chocolate brownie poo’s & Persian fairy floss - are you game?

The pavington is back - a pavlova X lamington inspired creation on top of our favourite choc chip cookie dough baked warm, this tower of goodness has all the classics in one & is part of our 10 year dessert celebration, one of the favourites brought back this winter!

Our last day of our ‘pretty in pink panookie’ 💖 - this one has been a favourite so we continued with this flavour for an extra week, but tomorrow we will be saying hello to a new flavour!
… well not quite a new flavour, as part of our ten year bringing back old favourite desserts we are bringing back a previous favourite panookie flavour.. any ideas what it may be? If you can guess exactly what previous flavour Panookie we are bringing back we will shout you the new panookie flavour on us!… HINT: a combo or blend of two sweet ideas.
we will also be showcasing another favourite dessert tomorrow that was featured in one of our spooktacular Halloween weeks, something a little bit out there & made to look like something not edible, something that may gross a few out but we assure you it tastes delicious! Queen Charlotte from Bridgerton likes to wear her hair styles very high, our next high tea on June 16th will be themed around the trending Bridgerton series - immerse yourself in tea, scones & house made goodies with a touch of old world class - would this be something lady whistledown would print in the local paper as gossip? - I believe it would be! Queen Charlotte would certainly approve & name this the diamond of the season.

To celebrate our 10th year of business we are bringing back some of the classics, favourites & original desserts from over the years this winter.
To start off we are re-launching one that we wish never left the menu but is going to be a perfect winter edition… our restaurant manager Bec’s favourite & was requested as the first one to launch bringing back our favourites .. the anvers chocolate fondant served warm with a molten centre!
This dessert is definitely for the chocolate lovers AND it will also be gluten free!

School holiday sundae panookie! We know how much an ice cream sundae with all the trimmings is a favourite, that’s why our current panookie is just that! On top of our warm chocolate chip cookie there is a trio of chocolate, strawberry & vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallows, fairy floss, chocolate pieces, caramel popcorn & of course a cherry on top!

This was named after two of our team members (Ruby & Ruby), we love that we have two Ruby’s and now we have a Ruby rabbit to make a trio!
This trio of Ruby’s will be working all Easter weekend , you may just have one of them looking after you!
