What is SupportED?
It is our fully funded Skilling Queenslanders for Work Community Work Skills program for people interested in becoming a teacher aide.
We will support your pathway into this employment field, where after 12 weeks, with time in the classroom, you will be ready to take on that new career.
SupportED is for anyone looking to move into the education field, perhaps returning to work or looking to find work in schools that fit with family needs.
Join us on Thursday 5th September at Woodridge State High School for the information session where SCIPS and Strategix will walk you through the program.
SupportED starts on 18th September so be quick to join this program and be qualified and work ready to commence teacher aide work before the end of 2024!

What a way to end The Festival of the Arts with an amazing fireworks display. Thank you to our amazing Arts department for organising such a successful evening. We can’t wait to see you all again next year.
The best way to end the performances is with our amazing teachers. This night wouldn’t happen without all of their amazing work and support.

Woodridge State High School opened in 1972 and since that time we have created strong traditions of building partnerships, enabling choice, empowering students, and establishing high expectations within our learning community. Our school boasts a strong multicultural student population reflective of our Logan community, and we are especially proud of the ways in which we celebrate richness and diversity in student backgrounds. Woodridge State High School now educates approximately 1400 students from over 60 cultural backgrounds.
The core business of our school is to ensure students attain successful outcomes. This is achieved through the creation of a high performing, safe and respectful learning environment. Our expert teaching team and community partners are there to provide an engaged, motivated and exciting contemporary learning community.
