Charlotte’s pink gym essentials range is launching tonight!

Charlotte started her fitness journey again after her second bub, coming from a history of eating disorders and trying be skinny to fit in.
She lacked in confidence and struggled with body image.
Charlotte had to teach herself the importance of actually looking after herself while learning how to care for her babies.

After changing her mindset of trying to fit in, she found her passion in being strong, and being a good role model. This led her to actively want to help others feel strong, confident and encouraged to be strong, healthy and feel amazing inside and out.
Charlotte is our pink gal.
Pink has slowly became the colour of confidence for her and her clients, emabracing their journey to reach their goals with a supportive community behind them.

On the weekend we were listening to a mindset coach who said these words “do less better...”

😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Do you know someone who might need this advice??

All the time people say I’m crazy for how much I put on my plate. 🤪
I’m always working towards something bigger, better and harder.

But let me just tell you, there is a method behind most things I do.

🌈 It’s also in a colour coded calendar 🤣

⁉️Do you have a friend like that⁉️

She achieves something massive and straight away looks to the next bigger, harder thing.
She takes very little time to look at or appreciate what she’s achieved.
Sounds negative right?

👠 Let me put you in her shoes a minute.... 👠

For everyone else these goals seemed impossible, so that made her work harder.
She broke down the big goals into small chunks and she did the hard things every day.
When she woke up in the morning, she would manifest and think about having that thing people said she couldn’t have.

So my point is, by the time she had achieved the impossible things, she already knew she’d do it and what date it would be done by.
She had seen herself achieving it, so when she actually got there it was like .... meh 🤷🏼‍♀️ NEXT.

She’s special, I know... In more ways than 1.
She’s determined.
She’s stubborn.
There are only few like her.
Give her some credit.
Give her the job.

There needs to be more people (especially women) like us.

We are independent AF and don’t let anyone stand in our way.
