She manages project events, provides support for marketing functions, and assists with product launches, and activations. She is like our Swiss Army knife!

Ellen's motto in life is “Everything in life can be fixed with a good cup of tea”. She is excited for the team to continue to grow and learn as each day brings a new challenge, and everyone rises to the occasion!

MEET THE TEAM: Meagan Cassar, Operations Director

Meet Meagan Cassar, the Operations Director at Food Equity Group. Meagan has been with the team since its early stages. She started as a Culinary Assistant and was excited to work in the culinary department due to her passion for food and the hospitality industry.

During her time with Food Equity Group, Meagan has become an all-rounder by supporting all areas of the business, which has allowed her to develop her skills and secure her current position as the Operations Director.

Meagan works closely with each department of the business and assists with managing Area Sales Licensees, Salesforce and IT systems, product launches, product development, project activations, and more. She plays a vital role in ensuring that the company is always moving forward and that everything runs smoothly.

Her motto in life is "Your purpose in life is to find your purpose and give your whole heart and soul to it" - Buddha. This is something that she takes to heart in both her personal and professional life.
