Here's a great new winter warmer to get you started on your food journey Rick's Place Italian/Modern Australian & Gluten Free Restaurant . Bolognese loaded fries, absolutely sensational, perfect for anyone including coeliacs and those of you with onion and garlic allergies.

Rick's Place Italian/Modern Australian & Gluten Free Restaurant . I'm in love with this new meal, I've had it 4 nights in a row, truly spectacular Beef stir fry, quite possibly my signature dish.

We've been creating again, working on some quick grab & go treats, these two are egg and bacon muffins, also a house made sausage patties and egg, similar to the fast food chains but without the food colours and preservatives.
We're working on all kinds of treats, including regular, FODMAP and gluten free.

What do your kids miss eating since being diagnosed? I'm looking for 5 dinner items and 5 brunch items your kids miss and love most.
At the moment we have penne Napoli and Alfredo, cheeseburger and chips, and Southern fried chicken and chips, ask the kids, let's get it right for them too.
