Good morning our good people.... today we will be closing at 2pm as we are having new stones installed into the bakery oven 😲.... Due to needing specialist equipment onsite we have decided to close early to minimize any risk to the public.

Not a dull moment here at Shell. And here’s a new improved way of filling up is by sitting down. But you have come here a bit too often my brother that you’ve worked out our cameras. But the Gentleman in the red has given a full description of you while you were filling up. You’re a local as well!! They say support local business 🤣.

In regards to my post earlier in the week about a giveaway etc. I have a busy week ahead with further training of another baker so I can get away for fathers Day in qld with my dad (and you lot can still get ya fix)

I've decided to put off the $20 bread/ enter draw for masterclass etc until I'm back from qld.

Basil alert!!!!

Unfortunately our olive and basil will have a holiday as fresh grown basil is now out of season! Hydroponic basil isn't good enough to put with the olives so we have decided to put it on hold until dirt grown basil is back in season.

I realise its a popular bread here but Id rather not have it than pass on a product we are not happy with

Product bulk buys....... If you want a large number of loaves please order in advance as it makes production estimates easier. Im not a mind reader and when someone walks in and buys 30 loaves at 530am leaves me very short for my day. I'll never knock a sale back please think of others as many will be disappointed today 😢...
