Discussion on basic science topics for classes 9 to 12.
There are many students who struggle to understand the basic concepts. This is an initiative to help those students.
Hey, fellow science enthusiasts! 👩🔬👨🔬
Do you know how Galileo measured the time during his experiment of falling bodies? Isn't it difficult to measure such a short time with an hourglass?
If you know, please answer in the comment section!
Today, let's take a journey back in time to the brilliant mind of Galileo Galilei and his groundbreaking experiments on falling bodies. 🍎💫
1️⃣ In the late 16th century, Galileo shattered age-old misconceptions by demonstrating that objects of different masses fall at the same rate when dropped from the same height.
2️⃣ His famous experiment from the Leaning Tower of Pisa challenged Aristotle's ideas and laid the foundation for modern physics.
3️⃣ Galileo's profound insight revealed that the force of gravity acts uniformly on all objects, regardless of their weight.
4️⃣ This concept revolutionized our understanding of the natural world and played a pivotal role in the development of Newton's laws of motion.
5️⃣ Galileo's rigorous use of the scientific method emphasized experimentation and observation as the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe.
6️⃣ His work paved the way for future scientists to unravel the mysteries of the cosmos, including the principles behind planetary motion.
7️⃣ Galileo's dedication to empirical research continues to inspire scientists and thinkers to this day.
8️⃣ Let's remember this pioneering scientist and his contributions to the field of physics and astronomy.
9️⃣ Science never ceases to amaze us with its ability to challenge our preconceived notions and expand our horizons. 🌠🔭
🔟 Keep exploring, keep questioning, and keep the spirit of curiosity alive! 🚀🌟

Earth is spherical. A sphere attracts things to its center. Earth’s radius is 6400km. The biggest whole on earth we have is around 12km deep.
What if we dig a tunnel through the center of the earth and leave something in that big hole? What will happen to that object? What will be the properties of this object’s motion?
How gravity will affect the motion of this object? Will it get stuck at the earth’s center as there is no gravity at the center? Or will it go through the center and will reach the other end? Will it burst into the sky of the other end? Can we travel from one end to another end of the earth this way? Let’s jump into this topic and understand clearly "what happens if we fell through the center of the earth".

It’s a personal initiative to help students understand science topics clearly where there are no good teachers to support them or where the students need some aid to visualize the topic more clearly.

We all know that the earth is rotating on its own axis. If we leave the earth's surface and go up a few kilometers in the air, will we see the earth's rotation from there?
As the earth is rotating, after staying in the air for a few hours, when we'll land back on earth, will we land in a different place? Can we travel the earth this way for a low cost?
Let's see what Physics says.
