Homemade Gnocchi Time.

Having an Italian heritage I have always loved Gnocchi, Nonna used to make them best.

With time not so much on our side these days a great choice is the Handmade Gnocchi by the Italian Pasta Chef.

This one is cooked to perfection, once the Gnocchi are afloat in the seasoned water pull them out and add them to the frypan which was a basic Gorgonzola sauce, 1 Part Triple Cream Gorgonzola to 1 Part Cooking Cream and seasoned to taste.

Super quick and super tasty, garnish with some chopped Parsley and a touch of freshly grated Grana Padano and you are good to go :)

FUN FACT FRIDAY

We wanted to look a little further into the Produce that we all enjoy weekly, a good friend of Adam's at FK Photography has taken some interesting snaps to showcase whats inside our favourite fruits.

Did you know a Pineapple is actually classified as a Berry? Similar to the Lemon this seemed strange to us :)

You can actually grow pineapple plants by slicing off the top of a pineapple and planting it in soil, please keep in mind it can take up to 3 years to harvest.

Pineapple can pretty much be eaten anywhere except on Pizza's :)
