This is a full-time direct hire position. We offer a stable working environment with consistent hours—Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Description:
To perform assembly and testing of vibrating process machinery manufactured to specific design requirements and ensure that each unit meets company standards.

Experience required to perform this job:
• Knowledge of fitting tolerances and torque requirements for various parts
• Experience with gearboxes, stripping and reassembly.
• Machining experience with lathe and milling machines.
• Familiar with manufacturing drawings and ability to select laser cut components for assembly.
• Use of hand tools, familiar with air and electrical power tools.
• Spray painting and coating experience, safe storage and handling of flammable and corrosive liquids.
• Oxy-Acetylene cutting and welding, gas safety knowledge.
• Capability to assemble components and erect small structures
• Overhead crane pendant and lifting experience. Familiar with the latest safety regulation and qualified to operate lifting equipment.
• Be familiar with grease and oil uses and practices.

This is a full-time direct hire position.
We offer a stable working environment with consistent hours—Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

- Prior experience essential 10 years preferred
- Boilermaker Trade Papers and/or ticketed Welder/Fabricator with MIG/TIG Welding qualifications
- Have a working knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, i.e. Mild Steel; Aluminium, Stainless Steel, etc.
- Be familiar with welding gases, wire and rods according to each application to ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Thickness ranges 1.0 mm to 12 mm.
- Be able to read drawings and select correct components for assembly
- Knowledge of engineering tolerances and procedures.
- Use of hand tools, which includes air and electrical power tools.
- Ability to assemble components and erect structures.
- Be able to work with lifting devices such as overhead cranes and hoists.
