It has been a bit over a month since we stayed in Porepunkah. While there I captured so many images, it is such a gorgeous location. Here is a sample of what I captured.

I have been waiting to capture the Waxing Crescent Moon, so here are a couple of shots from tonight. Had to wait for the cloud to clear and it did! 📸 🌘

Edit: I have added my own edit as the second clip, the first clip is the same capture with auto edit. Which one looks better?

It's all happening down in Croydon town, now the road from Kent to Lacey is reopened.
It will be interesting to see what it is like once school returns and the traffic flow or build up that occurs during peak periods.

The more shadows the more details as the moon changes from 100%.

Did somebody ask is it puzzle time.....? 🧩🧩
After selling out of the first run of the Iconic Mooroolbark Roundabouts puzzle last year. I have had numerous people reach out to see if I am doing another run. It got me thinking about not only doing a second run, but also making a second puzzle option.

This is where I need your help. I have tried to pick my favourite Tesselaar Kabloom images and can't narrow it down further than these 4.
If you like one please add a ❤ and a comment to the one you think would make the better puzzle. If you like more than one that's is ok. Based on your feedback and the level of interest I will choose the one that gets made.

Being able to capture the Milky Way on top of Mount Buffalo recently was so good. The clarity of the night sky up there was amazing and the camera was able to capture so much.
All 3 images are essentially the same. Image 1 is a single shot, images 2 & 3 (91 images) were rendered as a moving image which uses the rotation of the earth to give the star trail effect. Image 2 measures the average light of each image to try and keep it as close to the original. Image 3 uses the full light spectrum of each image rendered, hence it is much brighter.

2023 Christmas is well and truly in the rearview, incoming 2024....!

Of the major highlights of my 2023 photography adventures, the Santa Photos was one of the major highlights. I had the privilege to work with an incredible team, capture precious moments with beautiful people and families...and being able to capture so many amazing Dads who showed up with the family was really special, and those beards....🎅🧔‍♂️🧔🏿‍♂️🧔🏻‍♂️🧔🏾‍♂️🧔🏼‍♂️🧔🏽‍♂️

I had the most amazing privilege recently, to capture the 100th anniversary of the Croydon RSL. For any organisation to exist for 100 years is amazing. And for one that supports our returned services people, friends and family alike is even more special and amazing.
To see the people connect, relate, remember and celebrate was very special. Thank you also to the local elected members for their continued support! 🙏

Basically 25 hours difference between these shots, the first was Tuesday night and second last night, the waning Gibbous moon phase. 🌔📸

Ummmm, believe it or not I sometimes attend business events and here is the proof!!! Well actually I popped the lil bird up for some shots before the event, which come to think of it doesn't really prove I attended! 😊

Thanks Yarra Valley Business for the networking event at Morgans Winery & Distillery. What a great atmosphere, people and time to network...and the wood fire🔥🔥🔥!!
