Our rebrand 😭

I am so proud.

I am proud when our back was against the wall to change our name for new TGA compliance laws, we stood strong, we rebuilt. U

I am proud that we built a brand, a name people trust even if it was taken away in a short space of time.

People don’t realise that a rebrand isn’t just signage (although we are so jazzed with it) it’s search-ability and authenticity on Google, which is everything for a business, a new website, new design guidelines ( 🤍) the colour scheme and the 155 times I went back to Bunnings to get the perfect cream paint, the change to every account that had us as ‘Golden Injectables’. The change to only advertise skin and not injectables which had us purchasing various devices thank you , .anz .lutronic.anz meanwhile still upskilling with .au thank you .corr, the ASIC responsibility, during this time we said goodbye to our eyebrow bestie who got her own clinic, a sky rail built out the front which lost us parking and so much more.

Our beating heart of our brand regardless of our name is our team 🥹 these are some of the best humans and hands down is the best thing Tim and I ever did was hiring these girls. As for being great clinicians we only wanted people who we could trust medically with our family because at BYGOLDEN our patients are not just clients we are a community.

Last week all of us Golden Girls went to dinner and realised we are a restaurant headache and collectively we ordered as a group and needed to be: gluten free, dairy free sugar free vegetarians. 🤣🫣

We realised prioritising what we eat also affects our skin and how we feel. 3/4 of us have been to a naturopath on the Mornington Peninsula who basically has flipped our eating upside down. We have found various supplements to support dietary changes and for me personally I have found The Gut Co to be a great kick start.

FEED contains Scientifically researched and FODMAP friendly pre and probiotics in our proprietary blend Biotics-Max®. FEED is a good source of dietary fibre which supports bowel regularity. FEED contains a vegan source of vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. FEED also contains K2 (MK-7).

This is made by naturopath Pernille Jensen ( who btw is not who we all saw) she’s Sydney based!

The Harmony device has several attachments specifically for targeted treatment areas. This includes modalities such as DYE-VL 🙌🏼
