Drawing is a great way for self expression. My client lives with an ID (intellectual disability) and finds this medium an easy way for her to communicate how she’s feeling or things she’s experienced.

Hi There!

I'm running Creative Art Therapeutic sessions for people with disabilities and mental health vulnerabilities as well as fun dynamic and engaging art classes for children.

Art classes for children include an introduction to Art History and inspirational artists as well as using a range of mixed media from acrylic paints to clay.

Creative Art Therapeutic sessions can sometimes be easier for people to express themselves through art than the average face to face counselling session. I implement a range of art materials, tactile mixed media to explore emotion and wellbeing.

*NDIS self and plan managed friendly 🙂
