Happy IPA Day! An "I P A" (pronounced "eee-pah") is kind of like a lager but with more hops and less patience needed for brewing. Who knew! You can find all of these eepahs on our online store and in our taproom.

Rye is a grain that sometimes people put in beer, that's what we did. This taproom exclusive is a lager for the cool Melbourne weather. Two types of rye malt used to produce a beautiful copper hue, with notes of gingerbread, caramel and subtle black pepper. A pleasant balance of sweetness and bitterness

We've brewed an alcohol-free Berliner Weisse with 100% real fruit. This delightful little thing features a sweet and tart blend of blueberry and raspberry, perfectly kettle soured to create a refreshing and fruity experience.

If you like hops in your lager, you're in luck, our taproom exclusive Nectaron Pils is now on tap! The next iteration of our hoppy New Zealand Pilsner series. Nothing but Nectaron in the boil, whirlpool, and two dry hops (DDH if you're nasty). A powerful and complex hop character including pineapple, passionfruit, peach and grapefruit.

This pale is a vibrant and citrus-forward brew with tropical notes. Using the same wort as our core range pale ale, this version is enhanced with modern hops to deliver all the flavour without the alcohol.

Welcome to Burnley Cidery! For those who love not-beer, we've developed a crisp, dry apple cider. 🍎 Made with sweet seasonable Victorian apples and dry-hopped with our favourite hops for a subtle hop aroma.

Our Belgian Tripel is now on tap as well as available for takeaway! The classic Belgian strong-ale popularised by Trappist monks. Rounded malt flavour, firm bitterness and dry finish. This brew is aromatic with fruity, spicy notes, balanced by alcohol warmth, perfectly toasty for the cold week ahead.
