ASMAN GAYO

Re-introducing Asman Gayo, coming from the geographically diverse region of Pegasing, this coffee was processed with a washed method unique to Sumatran farms. Combined with its ideal growing climate and characteristics of the varietals, they’re able to produce the unmistakably distinct Sumatran coffee. In your cup, you’ll taste notes of red currant and apple, with brown sugar sweetness.

For the finale of our series, we had the pleasure of visiting Issy and Hannah in their Coburg home.

Hannah has been a member of BENCH for nearly a decade, and over the years, we’ve been fortunate to witness the heartwarming growth of their beautiful family. Introducing Werka, being part of Testi’s quality improvement initiative, this coffee was processed using a natural process where it was dried layer by layer with great attention to detail. With strict requirements and meticulous care, they’re able to produce denser beans, a sweeter more complex flavor profile. In your cup you can taste strawberry, milk chocolate and black tea finish.
