General Reminder for Consideration of Small Business Owners 🩷

As a small business owner, it is disheartening when clients fail to show up for appointments without providing any prior notice. This lack of communication not only disrupts my schedule but also impacts the potential revenue that could have been generated during that time slot.

I have implemented a booking system to streamline the appointment process, but when clients book longer appointments and then fail to show up, it creates a significant loss for my business. It is essential to respect the time and effort small business owners put into their work by honoring scheduled appointments or giving sufficient notice for any changes.

I kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please do not book last minute appointments if you don’t plan to show as I do schedule my day last minute to fit you in.
This simple gesture allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and potentially fill the vacant slot with another client.

Respecting small businesses is crucial for their sustainability and growth. Your cooperation and understanding in adhering to appointment schedules are greatly appreciated.
