H Bonegilla ήταν το πρώτο μου σπίτι στην Αυστραλία από τις 17 Φεβρουαρίου του 1954.
Από την Bonegilla περάσαμε 320.000 μετανάστες από την Ευρώπη. Πάνω από 17.000, από το 1953 έως το 1971, ήταν Έλληνες. Είμαι και εγώ ένας από αυτούς τους Έλληνες.
