About our shop:

We have equal love for our coffee in the AM and vinot in the PM, so we opened Otis - coffee shop by day, wine bar by evening.

We’re passionate about minimising our footprint, while sharing beautiful products and what we’ve learnt about them with all who pass through our doors (staff included).

In the near future everything featured within our shop will be 100% Australian produce and more often than not have a great story behind it.

We’re looking for someone to join our crew that is:
- Friendly / warm / hospitable
- Excited about the industry: eager to learn & share knowledge
- Experienced with specialty coffee &/OR has bar experience (if you have both we already love ya)

Our new feature roaster for the next fortnight are legends of Melbourne coffee 

Whether it's coffee-infused whisky produced in partnership with Archie Rose or a batch of their roast dried to produce Specialty Instant Coffee - St Ali have been innovating and diversifying the industry since 2005. 

Otis' Espresso Martini's will feature their Feels Good Espresso Blend with 100% Organic & sustainably sourced beans from Honduras & Columbia. 

On Batch Brew we'll alternate daily between:
Kenya Mihuti AA (Sweet, Caramel, Grapefruit)
&
El Salvador Finca Mauritania (Terry's Chocolate-Orange) 🍫🍊
