Another milestone for CBWS PTY LTD. has been achieved after a successful installations of refrigeration piping and structural supports for the completion of a cooling facility in Truganina. A cold storage warehouse aims to maintain the produce (usually food) at an optimum temperature, to prevent spoiling and to extend its life. By contrast, a freezer warehouse must keep the product at a constant temperature to ensure there is no risk of damage or alteration to its integrity.

Refrigeration and freezing are two of the most common forms of food preservation used today. The ammonia is the chemical that is used to absorb the heat from one area and bring it to another area to dissipate. An ammonia refrigeration system, like all v***r-compression refrigeration systems, are made up of several components that work together.

There are four fundamental components of how industrial refrigeration works. That is not the full picture, but the basic idea runs into this equipment’s to help execute the cooling job. Piping runs from the compressor to the condenser and pass through the expansion device down to the ev***rator and the low pressure v***r is pump back to the compressor.

Installation of bypass line conveying a liquid ammonia which is used as a refrigerant for its newly installed ev***rator, at Wodonga Rendering Plant. Cryogenic pipes were fabricated and installed succesfully.
