Speyside 50/50 Martini
2 parts Tulchan Gin, 2 parts dry vermouth.
STIR down over ice, DON'T SHAKE this one.
Garnish with Fresh Orange Peel or Fresh Rosemary.

Insanity Gin - lemon myrtle, lime peel and wattle seed with a nip of Jasmin, this makes a perfect session drinking gin.

The nose is surprisingly herbal, with clear citrus notes.
The palate is leafy green citrus early. The dried herbal botanicals dominate. Notes of pepper berries, lemon myrtle, and a slightly pleasing oily mouthfeel from the wattleseed. Juniper sits back a bit but is present throughout.
