This week is Brain Injury Awareness Week (BIAW).

Every year, between 19-25 of August is used to raise awareness of brain injuries and how they impact everyday Australians.

During this week, we take the time to reflect on how we support those in our community who are impacted by a brain injury. We are continuously learning about these injuries and equipping our team with the tools to best advocate for our clients.

Our friends at Synapse - Australia's Brain Injury Organisation have found that currently 1 in 45 Australians have a brain injury, but many Australians are unaware or undiagnosed.
