We are a modern, very busy family dental clinic with 6 treatment surgeries and 12 dentists!

A warm and personalised patient care approach is essential.
Take ownership of the position and lead the team with the practice Principal and Ceo.
Have a working knowledge of Dental 4 Windows Have a long term commitment to Dental reception and administration.
Have great organizational skills and be able to multitask, reception, chairside, Steri room, and reception duties.
Be a reliable team player.
Open to new technology and have EXCELLENT computer skills. Excel, outlook and social media.
Attention to detail.
FULL-TIME POSITION.
Task include:

Reception duties and front desk operations.

Formulating and distribution of staff rosters.

Management of appointment books.

Management of all front desk tasks and duties.

Coordinating a team of 5 staff for reception duties in various shifts.

Working with Dental assisting manager to ensure staff and operational needs are facilitated.

Coordinating and processing, Medicare, DVA and health fund receipts.

Reporting to Principal Dentist and Ceo of practice.

Assist in the maintenance of IT, and dental equipment.

Filling in CHAIRSIDE as required in an emergency.

Enthusiasm and great communication skills are a must. Personal presentation and disposition to work in a team environment are essential.

MY BODY DENTAL AND COVID-19:

We would like to inform and reassure all of our patients that we always have and always will perform the highest infection control standards at My Body Dental.

We are currently following careful advice and guidelines direct from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services as well as the Australian Department of Health in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

From Friday 7th August, it is now recommended that dental clinics proceed to level three dental restrictions which means we will now be deferring routine check up and clean appointments. If you have a check up appointment booked in, a staff member will be in touch with you.

On arrival to your appointment, we ask that all patients wait in the car and to call us to let us know you have arrived. A staff member will check your temperature, bring you inside and ask you to sanitise your hands with provided hand sanitiser.

If anyone is feeling unwell, has a cold, fever or flu like symptoms we ask you please reschedule your appointment for two weeks later - As well as patients who are in self isolation.

Our high standard of infection control creates a healthy and safe environment for all patients and team members.

C O V I D 1 9 U P D A T E 💜🦷🦠😷 The Victorian Government's new mandatory rule to wear a face mask when leaving home has started from today - Thursday 23rd July 2020. This means all patients and families who are coming to see us at My Body Dental are required to wear a face mask when entering our clinic, with the exception of children under the age of 12 years old. Upon arrival, a staff member will check your temperature and will also ask you to use the hand sanitiser provided at reception. Stay safe and take care from the My Body Dental team! 💜
