This banging crowd pleasing world class exotic coffee is now available. This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at the farm Jardines Del Eden.
This lot was exposed to aerobic fermentation for 24 hours. Later,
coffee was placed inside grainpro bags for 50 hours maintaining a
temperature below 22 ºC and adding CO2. Later, coffee was placed on
raised beds at a temperature below 35 ºC until ideal moisture content
was achieved.
This microlot is 100% yellow gesha.

New Machine day. Many say this is the Cafe Racer of the coffee machine world. Thanks to and for organising. It is a great way to brew coffee for y'all.

We've decided to take a short break this Easter since we reckon y'all will be doing the same. Definitely come catch us in Geelong. We'll be slinging some Melbourne goodies down there.

If you've been privy to some of "the coffee discourse" then you may be aware of the $200 coffee floating around.

We would like to present an alternative to that. Excellent extremely different coffee at an amazing price point of $10 per serve or $40 per bag from the legends .

This coffee is one of the cleanest coffees we've ever had the privilege of tasting with regards to its very targeted and intentional processing. Anaerobic ferment for 48hrs with mandarin peels leaves a very pure citrus orange with vanilla and a crisp mouth feel. We have only been recently scratching the surface of coffee's potential but this one definitely goes a little deeper.
