AAA Glass is a family run and operated glazing company that services Victoria in all facets of glazing with a strong focus on servicing a large clientele.
We are currently looking for bright bubbly team members to join us to provide a positive and happy first impression to our customers and stakeholders.
These positions will work closely with our Operations and Sales Managers on a full time basis.

There is a lot to learn to become proficient in this role so only serious applicants looking for a secure career path need apply.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a fast paced, dynamic workplace as well as:

Skills required
• Customer service experience (Minimum 2 years)
• A customer focused attitude with excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with Xero
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able to cope in a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure
• Knowledge in the glass industry is a bonus but can be taught if not.


Role duties include, but are not limited to:
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
• Answering incoming calls
• Attend to customers and Suppliers via phone and front counter service
• General office administration
• Data entry
• Receive orders and prepare quotes
• Maintain & control purchase orders
• Support Sales, Despatch and Production Teams
• Maintaining front office area

About the company:

We are a small but very busy repair business located in Tullamarine servicing both residential and commercial properties. We currently have two administrative staff responsible for the day to day management of the office while supporting seven trade staff on the road. This is a relaxed office environment located in the industrial area of Tullamarine – however the nature of the work is constant and requires the strong ability to multi task and be willing to handle all roles within the office.

Role requirements:

Full time – 40 hours per week. 9am-5.30 daily Monday to Friday non negotiable.

Duties:
Ability to co-ordinate the daily scheduling of jobs while ensuring our clients are kept well informed Provide impeccable phone and email support to our trade clients Knowledge of MYOB invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable,
superannuation, monthly reconciliations preferred but not essential Telephone and emails large component of role

Skills/attributes:

Strong client focus
Understanding of scheduling/planning
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent written and general communication skills Ability to work within a small team environment Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi task
Self motivated team player with a “can do” attitude Knowledge of trades is an advantage
