At 8:30 tonight we crossed the threshold. we cannot field a team this weekend. We have gone from feeling like we were lucky to have good availability, to having zero kitchen staff.
This hurts, we will call all the beautiful people who have booked for this weekend tomorrow morning and we hope to be ready by Tuesday the 11th. We hope, but we don’t know.
